Robert F. Schneider

MEMBER

Robert F. Schneider has extensive experience in the area of real estate finance. Real estate acquisitions and development are also a significant part of his practice.  

Mr. Schneider advises clients on the financing, acquisition, development and sale of shopping centers, commercial buildings, undeveloped lands, condominium properties, hotels and other resort properties.  He has also worked extensively in the areas of leasehold finance and construction lending. In planning and documenting these transactions, Mr. Schneider is precise, practical and cost-effective.

Mr. Schneider's clients include land owners, developers, investors and lending institutions. The guidance that he provides to clients is enhanced by his expertise in title analysis and his experience in the Hawaii real estate market.

Mr. Schneider co-authored the Hawaii Real Estate Financing Manual, 1990, the Hawaii Real Estate Law Manual, 1997, and the Hawaii Real Estate Law Manual, 2011.
